Project 1 Description

Dice of Kalma

Game Project 3

Producer - 2026

As part of my university degree, I worked as the producer on Dice of Kalma during Game Project 3, in collaboration with Pepperbox Studios, supporting the development of additional content and marketing deliverables.

I led a team of 7 across 4 sprints, managing the project in Jira and running sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and weekly meetings to maintain steady progress.

I acted as the main point of contact with Pepperbox Studios, ensuring clear communication, aligning on requirements, and incorporating feedback. I also coordinated tasks, tracked progress, and maintained production documentation, including requirements and risk tracking.

I monitored timelines, adapted to changing priorities, and ensured milestones were delivered on time. I also presented progress and deliverables to stakeholders.

This experience strengthened my ability to manage external collaboration and deliver structured, on-time results.

Delve Deep

Game Project 2

Producer - 2025

As part of my university degree, I worked on Delve Deep during Game Project 2, a dungeon crawler combining elements of Diablo and XCOM.

I led a team of 7 over a 4-month period, using Basecamp to manage the project. I organised weekly meetings and bi-weekly sprints, maintaining structure and tracking progress throughout development.

Our goal was to deliver a dungeon prototype and an overworld prototype. We successfully delivered both, leaving the project in a strong position for continued development.

As the producer, I developed my skills in sprint planning, team coordination, and scope management. I learned to manage team dynamics and maintain motivation during uncertain stages, while adapting my role in later stages to support playtesting and bug tracking.

Project 2 Description

Upcoming Fashion Game

Hovi Production

Assistant Producer - 2025

My work at Hovi Production continued as an assistant producer, where I took on greater responsibility while working on an upcoming fashion management game focused on designing clothes, running a studio, and selling creations to townspeople.

I created and maintained timelines and backlogs to prioritise tasks and keep development on track. Using Basecamp, I coordinated task tracking and managed team workloads to ensure steady progress and timely delivery.

I facilitated sprint ceremonies, including planning sessions and retrospectives, improving team workflows and communication. I also shared weekly progress updates to keep both the team and stakeholders aligned.

This experience strengthened my ability to take ownership of production processes and support consistent progress throughout development.

Project 3 Description

Slug Wars

Hovi Production

Assistant Producer - 2024–2025

In my first semester at university, I joined Hovi Production, a newly formed student-led company, to gain hands-on experience in game production.

I worked on Slug Wars, an online multiplayer third-person shooter, joining close to release. My role focused on maintaining documentation, learning tools such as Jira, and supporting team organisation during the final stages of development. I also contributed to early strategic discussions with the CEO and COO around future opportunities and business direction.

This experience introduced me to production workflows in a real project environment and helped build trust within the team, leading to greater responsibilities in future projects.
